Start a Home Health Care Business

Start a Home Health Care Business

What is  Home Health Care?
Home health care is a wide range of health care services that can be given in your home for an illness or injury. Home health care is usually less expensive, more convenient, and just as effective as care you get in a hospital or skilled nursing facility (SNF). Examples of skilled home health services include
Home care, (also referred to as domiciliary caresocial care, or in-home care), is supportive care provided in the home. Care may be provided by licensed healthcare professionals who provide medical care needs or by professional caregivers who provide daily care to help to ensure the activities of daily.  In home medical care is often and more accurately referred to as home health care or formal care. Often, the term home health care is used to distinguish it from non-medical carecustodial care, or private-duty care which is care that is provided by persons who are not nurses, doctors, or other licensed medical personnel

CONCEPTS OF HOME CARE SERVICE

"Home care", "home health care" and "in-home care" are phrases that are used interchangeably in the United States to mean any type of care given to a person in their own home. These phrases have been used in the past interchangeably regardless of whether the person required skilled care or not. More recently, there is a growing movement to distinguish between "home health care" meaning skilled nursing care (usually provided by a Home Health Agency) and "home care" (provided by Home care Agency or independent home health aide or caregiver) meaning non-medical care
AIMS OF HOME CARE SERVICES

Home care aims to make it possible for people to remain at home rather than use residential, long-term, or institutional-based nursing care. Home care providers deliver services in the client's own home. These services may include some combination of professional health care services and life assistance services. Professional home health services could include medical or psychological assessment, wound care, medication teaching, pain management, disease education and management, physical therapy, speech therapy, or occupational therapy.

Start a Business of Jet- Pack Dealership

Start a Business of Jet- Pack Dealership

"Personal flight  finally, commercially available"

What is Jet Pack ?

Jet pack is a single plugin that gives you the most powerful WordPress.com features, hooking your self-hosted WordPress site to WordPress.com's infrastructure to take advantage of robust stats, easy social sharing, and a whole lot more.
Jet packrocket beltrocket pack and similar names are used for various types of devices, usually worn on the back, that are propelled by jets of escaping gases (or in some cases water) to let a single user propel themselves into the air or fly.
A New Zealand company, Martin Aircraft, is taking orders for the first commercially available jet pack. It's recreational, so you'd need to go fly in a field somewhere, rather than to work. It's also expensive, with the Martin website stating a price of $100,000. If that price comes down, however, it's not hard to imagine that folks might want to fly to work instead of drive. That is, until air traffic looks like the freeways of today.

HISTORY

The concept emerged from science fiction in the 1920s and became popular in the 1960s as the technology became a reality. The most common use of the jetpack has been in extra-vehicular activities for astronauts. Despite decades of advancement in the technology, the challenges of Earth's atmosphereEarth's gravity, and the human body not being adapted to fly naturally, remain an obstacle to its potential use in the military or as a means of personal transport. As the human body is not naturally meant to fly, the jetpack must accommodate for all factors of flight such as lift and, to some extent, stabilization.
HOW TO MAKE A JET PACK

INSTRUCTIONS BUILDING A JET PACK
o    1
Look over the pictures of Jetpacks that you have collected and use them as a guide to design what you would like your finished jet pack to look like. Make notes of any bells and whistles you would like on it such as caps, switches and the like.
o    2
Create your exhaust system by using your dremel rotary tool to make a hole in the bend of the 90 degree PVC joint large enough to fit the 45 degree PVC joint snugly inside of the 90 degree PVC joint. Epoxy it in place.
o
o    3
Remove the backpack from your rigid frame along with any parts you do not want on your finished Jetpack.
o    4
Place your fire extinguisher in the center of your rigid frame with the exhaust assembly facing the direction you plan on the exhaust coming out of it.
o    5
Put both hide-a-key boxes on either side of the extinguisher so that the hinged tops open upward. Align the boxes so the bottom is even with the top of the extinguisher just where the exhaust assembly meets.
o    6
Remove the fire extinguisher and drill in two holes in the inside of each hide-a-key box and screw them into the rigid frame.
o    7
Place the tabletop paper try on top of the hide-a-key boxes and line it up to where you like and drill holes through it and through the tops of the boxes and affix with screws.
o    8
Mount the wall mountable paper tray, mouth toward the exhaust, on top the tabletop paper tray. Drill holes and thread with screws.
o    9
Place air filter on top of wall mountable paper tray flush against the mouth of the tray. Affix in place with a screw.
o    10
Epoxy the file dividers to either side of the rigid frame to form wings. Place them however you think looks the best.
o    11
Primer your entire project and allow to dry. Paint your air filter chrome along with any other metal-like surfaces. Paint the rest flat black. Use masking tape to mark off areas you do not want to be painted.
o    12
Epoxy your cardboard tubes to the rigid frame so that an end nearly comes into contact with either side of the exhaust.
o    13
Tape your fire extinguisher into place.
o    14

Attach one end of the long string to the trigger of the extinguisher and run the line through the jetpack, keeping it taut, to the trigger of the pack.

SAFETY

Safety has been a key consideration in all aspects of the development of the Martin Jetpack.  We look to enhance safety through design, manufacture, training, operations and dedicated safety systems.

Simplicity of Design

The design of the Jetpack has been kept as simple as possible.  There is a low overall component count which aids reliability and overall safety.

Ducted fan

The use of ducted fans has a fundamental safety advantage over propellers and rotors.  The tips of the blades are contained within the duct and are less of a safety hazard than exposed blades.  This makes it safer for people near the aircraft, and reduces the risk of damage due to propellers or rotors coming into contact with objects.

Ease of Flight

A key component of aircraft safety comes from the ease of flight.  The Jetpack flight control system is computer controlled and stabilised.  With the current software load if the controls are released during flight the Jetpack achieves and maintains an upright attitude and maintains height (enters a hover).  During normal operations the system automatically maintains the desired height during manoeuvres.

Pilot Protection

The pilot is protected by the pilot module and the structure of the Jetpack.  The pilot module includes a rollover bar, frontal protection and arm restraint.  The structure of the Jetpack provides protection to the pilot from the rear and side, and the landing gear provides protection from below.

Parachute

A key safety system is the parachute system.  This is a ballistic parachute system, with ballistic extraction and inflation of the chute.  This leads to very quick chute opening, which enables the pilot to be saved in the case of a catastrophic failure down to a low height.

Start a Bottled Air Company

Start a Bottled Air Company

What is Bottled Air?

A gas cylinder or tank is a pressure vessel used to store gases at above atmospheric pressure. High pressure gas cylinder are also called bottles

If water can be bottled and sold, why not air? In 2009, bottled water was a $10.6 billion business that involved packaging 8.1 billion gallons in the U.S., according to Beverage Marketing Corp. in New York. But air is somewhat easier to find than a cold sip of water. Still, oxygen bars went through a mildly popular phase in the '90s, and seven or eight companies still market oxygen canisters to the action sports set. "It's pure oxygen," says Daniel Jungers, managing partner of Big Ox, a company in Springfield, Mo. "It increases the oxygen content in your blood and gives you a boost when you're tired or fatigued." Thus far there are no plans for pure mountain air in bottles, unless you're talking pure irony. A Hong Kong activist group protesting air quality in the city--reportedly three times as bad as New York City air--posted a video selling canned fresh air that instantly went viral this year.

Need of Bottled Air

I know this sounds improbable, but maybe we should also bottle air and get it out there on the supermarket shelves.
Now, I'm not talking about oxygen concentrators or other medical- use air, I mean regular air that we breathe in and out, day in and day out.
Think about it, before you brush off the idea, after all, we never thought people would buy water-- remember?
These days people seem to like the convenience of having fresh, clean water to quench their thirst at a moment's notice.
They think it is much fresher and cleaner than water they could get from a tap. They also think it is better for them.

It probably wouldn't be too hard to convince people that bottled air is also a necessity so they could instantly have fresh, clean air to breathe.
  • This could be important to people who live in areas where air quality is bad, or for people who       suffer from allergies.
  • Bottling and selling purified air, with the proper branding, packaging and promotion could become just as successful and popular as selling bottled water.
  • The designer bottles could have a flip top with a two-pronged soft canula, or nose piece, that is inserted into the nostrils.
  • A slight squeeze of the air bottle would provide a quick whiff, or a deep breath, of pure air to revive and refresh the breathing being.
Chinese multimillionaire sells EIGHT MILLION 80-cent cans of fresh air in TEN DAYS as pollution levels climb to record highs..

Cans of fresh air are up for sale in China as a multimillionaire looks to capitalize on the country's foulest fortnight for air pollution in memory.
Chen Guangbiao, who made his fortune in the recycling business and is a high-profile philanthropist, is selling soda pop-sized cans of air, purportedly from far-flung, pristine regions of China such as Xinjiang in the northwest to Taiwan, the southeast coast. He says 10 million cans have sold in the last 10 days as pollution levels climb to record highs.
'I want to tell mayors, county chiefs and heads of big companies: don't just chase GDP growth, don't chase the biggest profits at the expense of our children and grandchildren and at the cost of sacrificing our ecological environment', Chen said.
