Aluminum is one of rich mineral on the earth. The alloy widely apply on aircraft, vessel, power transition and architecture. Because the aluminum alloy weight light, easy to fabrication, good mechanical property, easy to get quality surface after anodizing or powder coating process. Therefore it is used on door, window and wall of various architectural structure.
     The project of aluminum doors and windows manufacture factory set up that must consider the technical ability, management and market factor. It is basic facility for 500 ton profile output capacity showing on below:

3.    Profile thickness and size.
4.    extrudable condition.
5.    lot quantity for each die.
6.    Die design ability.

7.      Producing cost        According output shown on table 2, the cost of each factory (Not include ingot cost) is list out on Table 3.

     Anodizing coloring treatment equipment, the oxide film thickness up to 0.001mm.
