Knitting sweater business kept growing all over the world for the passed 10 years. It is also one kind of garment. Garment industry played an important role in the preliminary economic development stage in Taiwan. Following the step of economic growth, garment industry went forward to high quality with variety and will be kept profitable.
Intensive labors and low capital investment characterize the garment making plant. As listed in this proposal, investor could only put in about five hundred thousand U.S. dollars and employ 624 persons to run a sweater knitting plant. For reducing the payment and lowering the casual cost, the developing country with rich population is suitable to be located. In addition, correct management and powerful marketing ability are very important condition to gain good profit.
The manufacturers of knitting sweater in Taiwan have accumulated rich experience in the past decades. Though most of them have moved their factories to nearby Asian countries due to the increasing labor cost in Taiwan, still they will keep their office here as their base to further grow.
